Born in 1984, Taner grew up in Berlin/Germany. While studying TV-Producing/Media Management in Berlin he began working as a author & director for several production companies. Since 2005 he produced factual programs and acclaimed documentaries for the international market. For the German science-magazine “Galileo”, Taner travelled through Asia, Africa, USA and Europe. „The Mecca Clock Tower - The Construction Of The Worlds Biggest Clock“, his awardwinning documentary, was aired on Discovery Channel, Al Arabiya, Spiegel TV Wissen, Kabel1 and many film festivals like the „Goethe Institute Science Film Festival” and the “International Architecture Film Festival Lund" (Sweden).
